The Central Govt. hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Coal number S.O. 2155(E), dated 21st September, 2011.
This notification, S.O. 2770(E), issued by the Ministry of Coal on October 22, 2014, introduces amendments to the Government of India's notification S.O. 2155(E) dated September 21, 2011. The amendment, made in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of subsection (1) of Section 26 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), adds "Joint Secretary, Company Affairs I CAI Section, Ministry of Coal" as a member to the existing body. The updated membership list now includes: A representative from Indian Bureau of Mines, Nagpur, Maharashtra and Joint Secretary, Company Affairs I CAI Section, Ministry of Coal. The notification number is F. No. 34011/02/2004-CRCCPAM. A. K. Bhalla, Joint Secretary, is the signatory. The principal notification S.O. 2155(E) was previously amended by S.O. 784(E) on March 20, 2013, and S.O. 942(E) on April 10, 2013.

following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number
S.O. 2155(E), dated 21st September, 2011, namely :—
In the said notification, after the words “A representative from Indian Bureau of Mines, Nagpur,
Maharashtra ………..Member”, the following shall be inserted, namely :—
