and five vacancies in the office of members of the Executive Committee of the said Council to be elected under sub-
section (2) of section 10 of the said Act and for the purpose of conducting elections under the provisions of the Council
of Architecture Rules, 1973, hereby appoint Shri Harpreet Singh, Director in the Ministry of Human Resource
Development, Department of Higher Education, Room No. 207, C – Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi (Telephone-
23387934), as ‘Returning Officer’ under clause (d) of rule 2 of the said rules.
