S.O. 3087(E).—Where upon the expiry of the period of appointment of Shri Udai Pratap Singh as Chief
Executive Officer in the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Mumbai, and relinquishment of his charge as Chief
Executive Officer, Khadi and Village Industries Commission and Commissioner for Khadi and Village Industries with
effect from 23rd September, 2014 in the afternoon, the Central Government hereby orders that Shri B.H. Anil Kumar,
Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Chief Executive Officer of the Khadi and Village
Industries Commission shall discharge the functions of the Commissioner for Khadi and Village Industries, Mumbai, till
further orders in addition to the current charge being handled by the said officer.
