S.O. 604(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Khadi and Village Industries
Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), read with rule 15 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006 and
in supersession of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
published in the Gazatte of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. 2231 (E), dated the
10th September, 2010 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central
Government hereby reconstitute the National Khadi and Village Industries Board consisting of a Chairman and fifty
