S.O. 2027(E).—Whereas upon dissolution of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission vide notification No.
S.O.1895(E), dated the 24th July, 2014, the Central Government has established an authority in the name of
“Commissioner for Khadi and Village Industries” vide Resolution of the Central Government under clause (1) of article 73
of the Constitution of India, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 8th August,
2014, number 6(1)/2011-KVI-II; the Central Government therefore makes an order that Shri Uday Pratap Singh, Chief
