द्वारा अजधसूजचत दकिा था। अब दिल्ली जिकास प्राजधकरण केंद्र सरकार के पूित अनुमोिन से दिल्ली जिकास अजधजनिम,
1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा 57 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजििों का प्रिोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत
जिजनिम बनाता ह,ै अथातत ्: -
1. सजं िप्त नाम - इन जिजनिमों को दिल्ली जिकास प्राजधकरण (व्यािसाजिक केंद्रों की एकीकृत स्ट्कीमों हते ु समामेलन

New Delhi, the 26th May,2023
F.5(9)2019/AO(P)/DDA.—The DDA had notified the policy for amalgamation in case of integrated schemes
of commercial centres vides S.O. NO. 3587(E) dated 14th November, 2017 subject to payment of requisite charges.
Now in exercise of power conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 57 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of
1957), the Delhi Development Authority with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the
following regulations, namely:-
1. Short title -These regulations may be called the Delhi Development Authority (Amalgamation charges for
Integrated Schemes of Commercial Centres) Regulations, 2023.
2. The amalgamation charges applicable for the integrated schemes of commercial centres would be payable
@ 10% (Ten percent) of the Circle rates for commercial properties as notified by the Govt.of NCT of Delhi
prevailing on the date of submission of request for amalgamation under the policy. These rates shall apply on
total area of the amalgamated plot.
3. In cases, where the plots have been amalgamated without prior permission or without complying with the
terms of permission so granted, and an application is filed for regularization of amalgamation, additional
charges @ 20% (Twenty percent) of the rates will also be payable.
These charges will remain in force till further modification and notification by the Govt. of India.
