to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2015-16.
No. 21(7) Appron.-2/2015/LAS-VI/Leg./1867.—Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi in the Sixty sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title.—This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2015.

issue of Rs.41129,00,00,000/- from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory
of Delhi for the financial year 2015-2016.—From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory
of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule,
amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 5 of the Schedule to the Delhi Appropriation
(Vote on Account) Act, 2015*1 to the sum of rupees Forty one thousand one hundred twenty nine crore only towards
defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2015-2016
(cid:9) in
respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.

Appropriation.—The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the
National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the
Schedule in relation to the said year.

The Delhi Appropriation (No.2) Bill, 2015 is introduced in pursuance of sub-section
