No. 21/27 Apprn. 2/2024/LAS-VII/Leg/2309.—The following in published for general information :- THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (No. 2) BILL, 2024 BILL No. 02 OF 2024 (As introduced in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on 09 March, 20244 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] BILL No. 02 OF 2024 THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (No. 2) BILL, 2024 A BILL to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2024-2025. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy-Fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2024. Issue of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those 76059,78,28,000/- from and specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the out of the Consolidated Fund sum of Rupees seventy six thousand fifty nine crore seventy eight lakh of the National Capital twenty eight thousand only towards defraying the several charges which Territory of Delhi for the will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2024-2025 in financial year 2024-2025. respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
