An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the
Financial Year 2018-194 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventieth
Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 1)
Act, 2019.
Issue of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the
`1738,99,82,000 National Capital Territory of Delhi, there may be
/-from and out paid and applied further sums not exceeding those
of the
specified in column(5) of the Schedule, amounting
