Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 22nd March, 2017 and is hereby published for
general information:-
“THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO.2) ACT, 2017
(DELHI ACT 02 OF 2017)
(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 10th March, 2017)

to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2017-18.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Sixty seventh Year of the
Republic of India as follows:-
Short title 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2017.
Issue of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory
of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding
`48000,00,00,000/- from and out of
those specified in column(5) of the Schedule, amounting in the
the Consolidated Fund of the National
aggregate to the sum of rupees Forty Eight Thousand crore only towards
Capital Territory of Delhi for the
defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment
