Governor of Delhi on the 28th December, 2018 and is hereby published for general information:— “The Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2018” (DELHI ACT 08 OF 2018) (As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 21st December, 2018) [28th December, 2018] An Act to amend the Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1994. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This Act may be called the Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of Section 2. – In the Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1994, (Delhi Act No. 13 of 1994), in section 2, for the words “a sum of rupees ten crores”, the words “a sum of rupees one hundred crore” shall be substituted.
