(ii) आसेजनक से संबंजधत क्रम संखया 3 के सामने, कॉलम (2) में, "खाद्य िसा और तेल (ि े खाद्य िसा और तेल िो जिजिष्ट मानकों के अंतगवत नहीं आते)" िब्िों के स्ट्िान पर, "खाद्य िसा और तेल (िे खाद्य िसा और तेल िो जिजिष्ट मानकों के अंतगवत नहीं आते)* ” िब्ि और आकृजत प्रजतस्ट्िाजपत दकए िाएाँगे; (iii) ताजलका के अंत में जनम्नजलजखत अंतःस्ट्िाजपत दकया िाएगा, अिावत्:- “*नोि- मछली के तेल के संबंध में, एमएल अकाबवजनक आसेजनक (एज़-इन) के जलए ह।ै जिजभन्न िेि या आयातक मछली के तेल में कुल आसेजनक (एज़-िोि) का जिश्लेषण करके मछली के तेल में एज़-इन के जलए एमएल का प्रयोग करते समय अपनी स्ट्ियं की स्ट्क्रीननंग का उपयोग भी कर सकते ह।ैं यदि एज़-इन में एज़-िोि सांद्रता एमएल से नीचे है, तो दकसी और परीक्षण की आिश्यकता नहीं ह,ै और नमूने को एमएल के अनुरूप माना िाता ह।ै यदि एज़-इन में एज़- िोि सांद्रता एमएल से ऊपर है, तो यह पता करने के जलए अनुिती परीक्षण दकया िाएगा दक एज़-इन सांद्रता एमएल से ऊपर ह ै या नहीं।"; (iv) कैडजमयम से संबंजधत क्रम संखया 5 के सामने, कॉलम (2) में, "िाल, सूखी सोयाबीन को छोड़कर" िब्िों के स्ट्िान पर "िालें और िालों का आिा, सूखी सोयाबीन को छोड़कर" िब्ि प्रजतस्ट्िाजपत दकए िाएाँगे। (2) "फसल संिषू क और प्राकृजतक रूप से पाए िाने िाले जिषाि पिािव" से संबंजधत जिजनयम 2.2 में, - (क) उप-जिजनयम 2.2.1 में, खंड 1 में, ताजलका में,- (i) कुल एफ्लािॉजक्सन्स से संबंजधत क्रम संखया 1 के सामने, कॉलम (3) में, "जतलहन या तेल: आगे की प्रदक्रया के जलए जतलहन, खाने के जलए तैयार" िब्िों के स्ट्िान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्िाजपत दकया िाएगा, अिावत्:- खाद्य पिािव (3) “ • आगे की प्रदक्रया के जलए तेल और जतलहन • खाने के जलए तैयार जतलहन ”;[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ii) एफ्लािॉजक्सन बी1 से संबंजधत क्रम संखया 2 के सामने, कॉलम (3) में, "जतलहन या तेल: आगे की प्रदक्रया के जलए जतलहन, खाने के जलए तैयार" िब्िों के स्ट्िान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्िाजपत दकया िाएगा, अिावत्: - खाद्य पिािव (3) “ • आगे की प्रदक्रया के जलए तेल और जतलहन • खाने के जलए तैयार जतलहन ”; (ख) उप-जिजनयम 2.2.1 में, खंड 2 में, ताजलका में, क्रम संखया 4 पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्िाजपत दकया िाएगा, अिावत्:- क्रम स.ं प्राकृजतक रूप स े पाए खाद्य पिाि व अजधकतम िान े िाल े जिषलै े मात्रा (ppm) पिािों के नाम (1) (2) (3) (4) “4 सफ़रोल ऐसे बीिरेि और खाद्य पिािव जिनमें 10” संघिक के रूप में िाजित्री और/या िायफल जगरी हो (3) जिजनयम 2.3 में, उप-जिजनयम 2.3.2 में,- (i) खंड (1) हिा दिया िाएगा; (ii) खंड (4) में, - (क) राइमेिोजप्रम से संबंजधत क्रम संखया 45 के सामने, कॉलम (3) और (4) में मौिूिा प्रजिजष्टयों के बाि जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजष्टयााँ अंतःस्ट्िाजपत की िाएंगी, अिावत्: - खाद्य सह्य मात्रा (एमआरएल)जम.ग्रा./दक.ग्रा. कॉलम (3) Column (4) “जिम्प, प्रॉन या दकसी अन्य प्रकार की मछली और 0.05” मत्सस्ट्य उत्सपाि सजहत समुद्री खाद्य पिािव (ख) क्रम संखया 49 (नज़ंक बैजसरेजसन (न्यूनतम 60IU/mg िुष्क पिािव) के बाि जनम्नजलजखत अंतःस्ट्िाजपत दकया िाएगा, अिावत्: - क्रम सं. पिु जचदकत्ससा पद्धजतयों में खाद्य सह्य मात्रा उपयोग दकए िाने िाले जम.ग्रा./दक.ग्रा.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] रोगाणुरोधी और अन्य ििाएाँ कॉलम (1) कॉलम (2) कॉलम (3) कॉलम (4) “50 ऑक्सोजलजनक अम्ल जिम्प, प्रॉन या दकसी अन्य 0.3” प्रकार की मछली और मत्सस्ट्य उत्सपाि सजहत समुद्री खाद्य पिािव िी. कमला िधवन राि, मुखय कायवकारी अजधकारी [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./504/2024-25] नोि: मुखय जिजनयम भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में अजधसूचना संखया फा.सं. 2- 15015/30/2010, दिनांक 1 अगस्ट्त, 2011 के माध्यम से प्रकाजित दकए गए िे और अंजतम बार अजधसूचना संखया मानक/एसपी/(संिषू क)/अजधसूचना-1/एफएसएसएआई-2018, दिनांक 7 अगस्ट्त, 2020 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया िा II FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF INDIA Notification New Delhi, the 18th September, 2024 F.No.01/SP-02/S&S/NotificationContaminants/2021-22.- The following draft of certain regulations, further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, Toxins and Residues) Regulations, 2011, which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, with previous approval of the Central Government, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) and (j) of sub-section (2) of section 92 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) is hereby published as required under sub-section (1) of section 92 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of sixty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette containing this notification is published are made available to the public. Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Food and Drug Administration Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi- 110002 or sent on email at regulation@fssai.gov.in. Objections and suggestions, which may be received with respect to the said draft regulations before the expiry of the period so specified, shall be considered by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Draft Regulations 1. These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, Toxins and Residues) Amendment Regulations, 2024. 2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, toxins and Residues) Regulations, 2011,- (1) in regulation 2.1 relating to “METAL CONTAMINANTS”, 1. in sub-regulation 2.1.1, in clause 2, in the Table,[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 (i) against serial number 1 relating to Lead, in Column (2), for the words “Pulses”, the words “Pulses and Pulse flours” shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 3 relating to Arsenic, in Column (2), for the words “Edible fats and oils (edible fats and oils not covered by individual standards)”, the words and figure “Edible fats and oils (edible fats and oils not covered by individual standards)* ” shall be substituted; (iii) at the end of the table, following shall be inserted, namely:- “*Note- For fish oils, the ML is for inorganic arsenic (As-in). Countries or importers may decide to use their own screening when applying the ML for As-in in fish oils by analyzing total arsenic (As-tot) in fish oils. If the As-tot concentration is below the ML for As-in, no further testing is required, and the sample is determined to be compliant with the ML. If the As-tot concentration is above the ML for As-in, follow-up testing shall be conducted to determine if the As-in concentration is above the ML.”; (iv) against serial number 5 relating to Cadmium, in Column (2), for the words “Pulses, excluding soybean dry”, the words “Pulses and Pulse flours, excluding soybean dry” shall be substituted. (2) in regulation 2.2 relating to “Crop contaminants and naturally occurring toxic substances”,- (a) in sub-regulation 2.2.1, in clause 1, in the Table,- (i) against serial number 1 relating to Total Aflatoxins, in Column (3), for the words “Oilseeds or oil: Oilseeds for further processing, Ready to eat” the following shall be substituted, namely:- Article of the food (3) “ • Oils and Oilseeds for further processing • Ready to eat oilseeds ”; (ii) against serial number 2 relating to Aflatoxin B1, in Column (3), for the words “Oilseeds or oil: Oilseeds for further processing, Ready to eat”, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Article of the food6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (3) “ • Oils and Oilseeds for further processing • Ready to eat oilseeds”; (b) in sub-regulation 2.2.1, in clause 2, in the Table, for serial number 4, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Sl.
