Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi- 110002 or may be sent by e-mail at regulation@fssai.gov.in; Objections or suggestions which may be received with respect to the said draft regulations within the period specified above shall be considered by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Draft Regulations 1. Short title and commencement- These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Amendment Regulations, 2025. 2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020 (hereafter referred to as said regulations), - (1) In regulation 5, sub regulation (3) relating to Nutrition information, in clause (b), after sub clause (ii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: - “(ii)(a) The information regarding per serve percentage (%) contribution to Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) be given in bold letters with relatively increased font size for added sugar, saturated fat and sodium content.” (2) In schedule I, after para (2), the following shall be inserted, namely :- “(3) All milk and milk products, including composite milk products, as per clause 5(a) of sub- regulation 2.1.1 under regulation 2.1 of Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011 shall carry the logo as specified below:[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 Specifications of logo: COLOR S No. Area of Principal A B C display panel in cm.
