Objections or suggestions in this behalf should be addressed to the Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Transport), Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Transport Department, 5/9 Under Hill Road, Delhi-110 054. Rules Short Title and Commencement 1 (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
