4. कोटर् की वािषर्क बैठक कायर्कािरणी पिरषद (cid:7367)ारा तय की जाने वाली ितिथ को आयोिजत की जाएगी जब तक िक
कोटर् (cid:7367)ारा कोई अन् य ितिथ िकसी वषर् के संबंध म(cid:7286) तय नह(cid:7277) की गई ह।ै
5. कोट की वािषर्क बैठक म(cid:7286), िपछले वषर् के दौरान िव(cid:7393)िव(cid:7378)ालय के कामकाज पर एक िरपोटर्, (cid:7079)ाि(cid:7385)यां और (cid:7390)य के
िववरण के साथ, लेखापरीिक्षत तुलनप(cid:7074), एवं अगले वषर् के िलए िव(cid:7275)ीय अनुमान को (cid:7079)स्तुत िकया जाएगा।
6. (cid:7079)ाि(cid:7385)यां और (cid:7390)य(cid:7298) की (cid:7079)ित, तुलनप(cid:7074) और खंड (5) म(cid:7286) िन(cid:7416)दर्(cid:7397) िव(cid:7275)ीय अनुमान वािषर्क बैठक की ितिथ से कम से कम

7. कायर्कािरणी पिरषद अथवा कुलपित अथवा यिद कुलपित न ह(cid:7298), समकुलपित अथवा समकुलपित न ह(cid:7298), तो कुलसिचव
(cid:7367)ारा कोटर् की िवशेष बैठक बुलाई जा सकती ह ै।
8. कोटर् के 25 सदस्य(cid:7298) से कोटर् की बैठक के िलए गणपूत(cid:7278) होगी ।

CONSTITUTION OF THE COURT
1. The Court shall consist the following members:

Department./School/Centre. The rotation shall be carried till all get representation.
xv. Two Associate Professors who are not Heads of Teaching Departments. The Associate Professors to
be nominated by the Vice Chancellor representing each School/Centre/ College on the rotation. The
representation shall be given to each Department./School/Centre. The rotation shall be carried till all
get representation.
xvi. Two Assistant Professors by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor.
Representatives of Non-Teaching Staff
xvii. Three members of the non-teaching Staff, one from group ‘A’ Staff , one from group ‘B’ Staff and
one from group ‘C’, to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor on rotation basis.
Persons representing learned Professions and Special interests
xviii. Six persons representing learned professions and special interests including representatives of
Industry, Commerce, Trade Unions, Banking, Agriculture, Health & Culture, Financial Institutions,
Legal, Bureaucrat, Police/Army, Eminent Academicians, Engineering/ Architecture, Media,
TV/Film, Social Work, Corporate, etc. to be nominated by the Executive Council.

2. All members of the Court, other than the ex-officio members, shall hold office for a term of three
years.
3. No employee of the University or of an Institution recognized by or associated with the University
shall be eligible to become a member under items (xviii) and (xix).
4. An annual meeting of the Court shall be held on a date to be fixed by the Executive Council unless
some other date has been fixed by the Court in respect of any year.
5. At an annual meeting of the Court, a report on the working of the University during the previous year,
together with a statement of the receipts and expenditure, the balance sheet as audited, and the
financial estimates for the next year shall be presented.
6. A copy of the statement of receipts and expenditures, the balance-sheet and the financial estimates
referred to in clause (5) shall be sent to every member of the Court at least seven days before the date
of the annual meeting.
7. Special meetings of the Court may be convened by the Executive Council or the Vice Chancellor or if
there is no Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor or if there is no Pro-Vice-Chancellor, by the
Registrar.
8. Twenty five members of the Court shall form a quorum for a meeting of the Court.
