NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th December, 2023 No. BCI:D:7452/2023.—The General Council of Bar Council of India has duly considered the report dated

17.12.2023 of the Returning Officer for the election of Member - Representative to Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Orissa, Mr. Srimanto Sen, who is also the Secretary of the Bar Council of India. As per the report, 7985 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] Sh. Bhakta Bhushan Barik, Advocate was declared elected with highest votes in the election held on 17.12.2023 as Member, Bar Council of India from the State Bar Council of Odisha.

This Council resolves to accept the report and direct the office to take necessary steps for publication of the results in the official Gazette of Government of India.
