New Delhi, the 15th June, 2016
No. 12(01)/2014/D(Pen/Pol)/Part-II.—The Govt. of India have decided that the Para 3 of this Ministry’s
Notification No. 12(01)/2014/D(Pen/Pol/Part-II dated 14.12.2015 shall be modified as under:
“The Committee shall make its recommendations within one year of the date of its constitution. It may, if
necessary, make interim reports on any of the matters mentioned in Para 2 above.”
