F. No. 8/304/2019/HP-II/4346 to 4362.— The Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies the
appointment of Hon’ble Mr. Justice (Retired) S.P. Garg in compliance of the order dated 03.11.2019 passed by the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 11652/2019 titled as Court on its own motion Vs. Union of India & Ors.,
to hold an enquiry for the incident which took place at Tis Hazari Court Complex on 02.11.2019.
He will be assisted by the following agencies:—
a. Director (CBI)
b. Director (Vigilance)
c. Director (IB)
or by any high ranking officer of their respective aforesaid officers nominated by them. The inquiry shall be completed
as early as possible and practicable, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of the
aforesaid order of the Court.
