S.O. 1861(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) the Central Government in partial modification of Notification No.
S.O. 2042(E) (F. No. 17/11/2004-JE) dated September 04, 2012 hereby appoints the officer mentioned in Column
No (1) of table below, being Gazetted Officer of the Government to be the Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act,
who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate Officer by or under the Act,
whithin the local limits of his respective jurisdiction, in respect of the Public premises specified in the corresponding
entry in column (2) of the Table:—
