NOTIFICATION

No. 29-CA/Law/D-218/2018.—The Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad has, in pursuance of Section
21(6)(c) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 in Reference Case No. 1/2011, ordered on 28th September,
2016 that the name of Shri O.P. Tulsyan, Chartered Accountant, C-21/88-B, Kamla Kutir, Lahaurabir,
Varanasi-221001 (M.No. 011165) be removed from the Register of Members for a period of five years for
having been found guilty of professional misconduct falling within the meaning of “Other Misconduct” under
Section 22 read with Section 21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Therefore, in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the said Act read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered
Accountants Regulations, 1988 and in compliance with the aforesaid Order of the Hon’ble High Court, it is
hereby notified that the name of Shri O.P. Tulsyan stands removed from the Register of Members for a period
of five years w.e.f. 20.02.2018. During the aforesaid period he shall not practise as a Chartered Accountant in
terms of the said order of the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad.
