THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR APPROPRIATION ACT, 2020

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out
of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jammu and Kashmir for the
services of the financial year 2019-20.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-first Year of the Republic of India, as
follows:—
1. This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Act, 2020. Short title.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Issue of
there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Rs. 208,70,40,000
from and out
Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of two hundred eight crores, seventy
