BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:— 1. This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Act, 2020. Short title. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Issue of there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Rs. 208,70,40,000 from and out Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of two hundred eight crores, seventy of the lakhs and forty thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come Consolidated in course of payment during the financial year 2019-20 for a period of seven months with Fund of State of Jammu effect from the 1st day of April, 2019 to the 30th day of October, 2019 in respect of the and Kashmir services specified in column 2 of the Schedule. for financial year 2019-20. 3.
