Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 14.09.2023 And, whereas no objections and suggestions have been received in this behalf by the State Government. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act No. 14 of 1990), the Government of Karnataka, hereby makes the following rules, namely:- RULES 1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Police Including Ministerial Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (1)R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. Amendment to the Schedule. In the Karnataka State Police including Ministerial Services (Recruitment) Rules, 2004, in the Schedule-I, in serial No. 98, for the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- 98 Translator 01 By deputation of a Translator from the (40900-78200) Directorate of Translation By order and in the name of the Governor of Karnataka (G.
