No. F. 40(2)/FAS/WCD/A/N/2017-18/37087-117.—The Lieutenant Governor of National Capital
Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following amendment in the National Capital Territory of Delhi
Pension Scheme to Women in Distress in the age group of 18 to 60 years Rules 2010, published in the Delhi
Gazette vide notification No. F. No. 41(22)/DSW-WCD/FAS/Sch.Amend/09-10/19374-384, dated 26.11.2010.
1. Short title, Extent and Commencement :
i. These rules shall be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi Pension Scheme to
Women in Distress in the age group of 18 to 60 years (amendment) Rules, 2017.
ii. They should come into force from the date of publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. In the National Capital Territory of Delhi Pension Scheme to Women in Distress in the
age group of 18 to 60 years Rules, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Rules).
i. In Rule 1, sub-rule (1) for the words and figures “18 to 60 years” the words and figures
“18 years to life long” shall be substituted.
ii. In the principal Rules, in Rule 5, in sub-rule (2) Clause (h) shall be omitted.
