The Lt. Governer of NCT of Delhi extends the term of Sh. Sanjay Poddar, Advocate, as Standing Counsel within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908 for the High Court of Delhi.
This notification, issued by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi's Law and Building Department on May 25, 2007, extends the term of Sh. Sanjay Poddar, Advocate, as Standing Counsel for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi. The extension is for a period of one year, effective from May 18, 2007, to May 18, 2008. Mr. Poddar will represent the Government of Delhi, through the Principal Secretary, Land and Building Department, and/or the Union of India, in any Suit, Appeal, Writ, or other Proceedings related to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Land and Building Department and/or Public Officers whose defense has been undertaken by it. The appointment is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Notification No. F. 510191Lit.11345 dated 2621992, and as may be further prescribed. The order is issued by order and in the name of the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, and signed by P. C. Nakh, Addl. Secy.
