This notification from the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Land and Building Department, announces the appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate, as Standing Counsel for the High Court of Delhi. of Delhi has approved the term of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel within the meaning of
Section 2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any
Suit, Appeal, Writ or other proceedings by or against the Government of Delhi through Secretary, Land &
Building Department and/or Union of India/Land Acquisition Collectors in relation to the affairs to the
National Capital Territory of Delhi (Land & Building Department) and/or Public Officer(s) whose defence has
been undertaken by it for a period of one year with effect from 31.12.2017 to 30.12.2018.
The appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel is subject to terms and
conditions as contained in notification No. F. 5/10/91-Lit./1345, dated 26/02/1992 and also as may be
prescribed from time to time.
