NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 4th December, 2020
No. F. 6/18/2020-Judl./Suptlaw/1162-1168.—The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi,
in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to appoint/promote the following officers:-
(1) For appointment of Mr. Rajinder Kumar and Mr. Vipin Khrab (presently appointed on ad-hoc basis in Delhi
Higher Judicial Service) on regular basis against the two regular vacancies w.e.f. 01.12.2020 under Rule
7(1)(a) of DHJS Rules, 1970 and to place them on probation in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service for a period
of two years from the date of their joining.
(2) For the appointment of Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sirohi and Mr. Ashok Kumar, officers of Delhi Judicial Service to
Delhi Higher Judicial Service on ad-hoc basis w.e.f. 01.12.2020 against the FTSCs vacancies which would be
arising consequent upon the aforesaid two officers vacating the post of FTSCs w.e.f. 01.12.2020, subject to
their furnishing requisite undertaking to Delhi High Court, from the date they assume charge. The promotion
on ad-hoc basis shall not confer any right of absorption or seniority on the aforesaid officers in the cadre of
Delhi Higher Judicial Service and in case of discontinuation of such Fast Track Special Courts, such officers
shall revert back to the substantive Cadre of Delhi Judicial Service.
