(i) इन िविनयम% को भारतीय खा(cid:9) िनगम (कम.चारीव2ृद) (तीसरा संशोधन) िविनयम, 2015 कहा जाएगा ;
(ii) ये िविनयम सरकारी राजप@ म3 अिधसचू ना क(cid:28) तारीख से लागू ह%गे।
2. प(cid:26)रभाषा:- इस अिधिनयम म3 दी गई पCरभाषाएं तथा शEद% के अथ. वही ह%गे जो िक खा(cid:9) िनगम अिधिनयम, 1964 तथा भारतीय खा(cid:9) िनगम
(कम.चारीव2ृद) िविनयम, 1971 म3 उGलेिखत हaै।
3. भारतीय खा(cid:9) िनगम (कम.चारीव2ृद) िविनयम, 1971 (प(cid:26)रिश#-1) के ‘भाग-I िविश# पद’ म* िन+निलिखत सशं ोधन िकए जाते हैa :
(i) संलHन अनबु ंध-I म3 िदए गए िववरण अनसु ार मMु य महा बंधक (सामा2य) का एक नया पद Nम सं. 6(ए) के Pप म3 भारतीय खा(cid:9) िनगम
(कम.चारीव2ृद) िविनयम, 1971 के पCरिशQ-1 के भाग-I िविशQ पद के Nम सं 6 के नीचे शािमल िकया जाएगा।

No. EP-1(3)/2010.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporation
Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food
Corporation of India hereby makes the following Regulations to amend the Food Corporation of
India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 namely:-¹Hkkx IIIµ[k.M 4º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff)
(3rd Amendment) Regulations, 2015.
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions: The definitions and meaning of the words and designation of posts in this
Regulation shall have the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the
Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971.
3. The following amendments are made in ‘Part-I Special Posts’ of the Food Corporation
of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 (Appendix-1):
(i) A new post of Chief General Manager (General) is inserted as Sl. No. 6A below Sl. No. 6 of Part-I
Special Posts in Appendix-1 of the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 as detailed in
Annexure-I.
(ii) The words appearing in Column 6 against Serial No. 2, 3, 4 and 6 are replaced with the words
“4 years as General Manager including the period served as Chief General Manager (Genl.)”.
