considered the application for grant of recognition under Regulation 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation)
(Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012 by India International Clearing Corporation
(IFSC) Ltd, Unit No. 22, Zonal Facility Centre Annexe, Block No. 12, Road No. 1-D, Zone-1, GIFT SEZ,
GIFT City, Gandhinagar–382 355, Gujarat and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, in
the interest of securities market and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation)
Act, 1956, recognition to the said clearing corporation for one year, commencing on the 29th day of December,
2016 and ending on the 28th day of December, 2017, subject to the condition stated herein below or as may be
prescribed or imposed hereafter:
