Mumbai, the 28th September, 2017
No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2017-18/020.—The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having
considered the application for grant of renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the Securities
Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012 by Metropolitan
Clearing Corporation of India Limited, Vibgyor Towers, 4th Floor, Plot No. C 62, G Block, Opposite
Trident Hotel, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400098 and being satisfied that it would be
in the interest of the trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest so to do, hereby
grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the
Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, recognition to the said clearing corporation for one year
commencing on the 3rdday of October, 2017 and ending on the 2ndday of October, 2018 subject to the
conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter:
• The Clearing Corporation shall comply with conditions specified by SEBI from time to time.
