has been pleased under the powers vested in him by Section 13 (1) 4) of the Panjab University Act of (Panjab
University Calender Vol. {, 2005) to nominate Professor Akshaya Kumar, Department of English and
Cultural Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh in his capacity as the President of the Panjab University
Teachers’ Association against the seat vacated by Professor Rajat Sandhir as Ordinary Fellow of the
University Senate of the Panjab University from August 20, 2015 till the terms as President of Panjab
University Teachers’ Association or till the present term of the Senate i.e. October 31, 2616 whichever is
earlier.
