NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th April, 2014 No.CWC/XIV-4/Rectt.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act,1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Warehousing Corporation, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations,1986
namely:—
1. (i) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) (36th Amendment) Regulations,
2014.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.¹Hkkx IIIµ[k.M 4º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
2. In Appendix-II to the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986 under the heading General Management Cadre, — (i) against serial No.11 relating to the post of Superintendent (General), under columns No. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 against the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:— 3 4 6 7 8 9 “614 16400- Promotion 75%, Promotion Direct Recruitment: 30 40500 years”;
Direct Jr. Superintendent Essential qualifications: (Industrial Recruitment 25% with 5 years regular Dearness Post Graduate Degree in any service in the scale Allowance) discipline from a recognized University or Institution
(ii) against Sl. No.24 relating to the post of Junior Superintendent, under columns No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8 and 9 against the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted namely:- 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 “950 11200-30600 Selection Promotion 75%, Promotion Direct 30 (Industrial Direct Warehouse Recruitment: years”.
Dearness Recruitment Assistant Grade-I Essential Allowance) 25% with 4 years Qualifications: regular service in Degree in any the scale discipline from a recognized University or Institution PAWAN KANT, General Manager (Personnel) [ ADVT. III/4/Exty./103/14]
