NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd May, 2014
No. G.S.R.NHB/SER/01/2014 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the National Housing
Bank Act, 1987 (53 of 1987), the Board, with the previous approval of the Reserve Bank of India and in consultation
with the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the National Housing Bank
(Officers’ ) Service Regulations, 1997, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the National Housing Bank (Officers’) Service (Amendment) Regulations,
2014.
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st December, 2013.
2. In the National Housing Bank (Officers’) Service Regulations, 1997, in regulation 35, for sub-regulation (3), the
following shall be substituted, namely :—
“(3) Actual expenses incurred for transport and porterage will be reimbursed subject to a maximum limit of
` 70/-.”.
