Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Title and Commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Administrative Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of the Schedule.- In the Karnataka State Administrative Services (Recruitment) Rules, 1957, in the Schedule, in the category of post of ‘KAS (Selection Grade)’, at serial number (a3), in column (4), the following shall be inserted at the end, namely:-R.N.I. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19 Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 297 4 “Provided that, as one time measure from the date of commencement of the Karnataka State Administrative Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025 must have put in a total service of not less than eight years in the cadre KAS (Senior Scale) and KAS Group-A (Junior Scale) of which not less than two years shall be in the cadre of KAS (Senior Scale)”.
