1. उपरोक्त आरआरबी समामेलन अजधसूचना के पररणामस्ट्वरूप, आंध्र प्रििे ग्रामीण जवकास बैंक (अब 'आंध्र प्रिेि ग्रामीण बैंक' के रूप म ें पुननागजमत) को यूजनयन बैंक ऑफ इंजडया द्वारा प्रायोजित दकया िाएगा और 1 मई, 2025 स े यह बैंक का ररलेटेड पाटी नहीं रहगे ा। तिनुसार, सूचना की मि संख्या 14 के संकल्प और व्याख्यात्मक वक्तव्य को वापस जलया गया माना िाएगा।

2. महासभा की सूचना के साथ परित व्याख्यात्मक वक्तव्य की मि संख्या 18 म ें "रािस्ट्थान मरुधरा ग्रामीण बैंक" का नाम आरआरबी समामेलन अजधसूचना के अनुसार "रािस्ट्थान ग्रामीण बैंक" के रूप म ेंपढा िाएगा।

No. CC/S&B/AND/2025/048.––This corrigendum is regarding the Notice of General Meeting of the State Bank of India (‘the Bank’) scheduled to be held at the State Bank Auditorium, State Bank Bhavan, Madame Cama Road, Mumbai - 400021 on Friday, 9th May, 2025 at 03:00 PM through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’).

This corrigendum is issued to amend the Notice of General Meeting dated 27.03.2025 which was published in the Gazette of India on 30.03.2025 and dispatched to the shareholders of the Bank vide email dated 02.04.2025. In the light of Gazette notification no. CG-DL-E-07042025-262329 dated 07.04.2025 issued by Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India for the amalgamation of 26 Regional Rural Banks (‘RRBs’) on the principles of “One State One RRB”, the following amendments are carried out vide this corrigendum in the Notice of General Meeting.

1. Consequent to the aforesaid RRB amalgamation notification, Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (now renamed as ‘Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank’) will be sponsored by the Union Bank of India and shall cease to be a related party of the Bank effective May 1, 2025. Accordingly, the resolution and explanatory statement for Item no. 14 of the Notice shall stand withdrawn.[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

2. The name “Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank”, wherever appears at Item no. 18 of the Notice of General Meeting, read with explanatory statement, shall be read as “Rajasthan Gramin Bank” pursuant to the RRB amalgamation notification.

3. The resolutions and explanatory statements at Item no. 1 to 13 of the Notice remain unchanged. The resolutions and explanatory statements at Items no. 15 to 18 of the notice shall be renumbered and read as Item no. 14 to 17. Accordingly, the total number of items of business to be transacted at the General Meeting of the Bank will be 17.

All other contents of the Notice of the General Meeting remain the same.

This corrigendum to the Notice shall form an integral part of the Notice of General Meeting which has already been circulated to shareholders of the Bank. Accordingly, the Notice of General Meeting shall always be read in conjunction with this corrigendum. This corrigendum is available on the website of the Bank at www.sbi.co.in and on the website of the Stock Exchanges i.e., BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
