4346-4362 dated 06-11-2019 issued with regard to appointment of Hon’ble Mr. Justice (Retired)
S.P. Garg in compliance of the order dated 03.11.2019 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in
W.P. (C) No. 11652/2019 titled as Court on its own motion Vs. Union of India & Ors. In the said
Notification the word “offices” mentioned in 1st line of last para may be read as “officers” and the
word “officers” may be read as “offices”. Further in page no. 2 at S. NO.13 Director (Vigilance), A-
Block, GPO Complex, Satarkata Bhavan, INA, New Delhi 110023 may be read as Director
(Vigilance), Govt. of NCT of Delhi. All the other contents will be remain same.
