"सभी प्रधान डाकघर तथा लेखा जनदेिक (डाक), नागपुर सामान्य क्रम म ेंसभी संबंजधतों को भेिी िा रही सूचनाओं के अलािा दकसी सुरजक्षत प्रणाली के माध्यम से दैजनक आधार पर इलेक्ट्राजनक रूप म ेंडाक िीिन बीमा जनदेिक, कोलकाता को अलग स ेडाक िीिन बीमा तथा ग्रामीण डाक िीिन बीमा के लेनदेन के कारण कुल प्राजियों, भुगतानों तथा जनिल अजभिृजियों के बारे में सूचना प्रदान करेंगे। इसके बाद डाक िीिन बीमा जनदिे क, कोलकाता संपूण वडाटा को सकं जलत करेंग,े दोनों उप जनजधयों (पी एल आई एि ंआर पी एल आई) के तहत अलग अलग जनिल अजभिृजियों के सटीक आंकडे का जनधावरण करेंग ेऔर प्रत्येक कायव ददिस को अजधक से अजधक पूिावह्न 10.30 बिे तक फैक्ट्स और ईमेल से पी एल आई जनदेिालय को इसके बारे में सूजचत करेंगे। जनिेि के जलए पी एल आई जनदेिालय द्वारा जनिेि प्रभाग, मुंबई को जनिेि सलाह िारी की िाएगी तथा उसकी प्रजत लखे ा जनदेिक (डाक), नागपुर, जनदेिक मुंबई िी पी ओ तथा डाक िीिन बीमा जनदेिक, कोलकाता को भेिी िाएगी। डाक िीिन बीमा जनदेिक, कोलकाता दि वकी गई राजि स ेररपोटों का जमलान करेंग े 5013 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और जनजध प्रिाह जििरण तथा माजसक नकद लेखा के आंकडों के बीच अंतर, यदद कोई हो, म ें सामंिस्ट्य के जलए सभी सुधारात्मक कदम उठाएंगे।" सिं ोधन के पश्चात ्:

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2025 S.O. 3450(E).— The President is pleased to make the further following amendments to Para-15(3) of "Post Office Insurance Fund (Custody and Investment) Regulation 2010" published on 17 August, 2016 in the Gazette of India No. 2045 (Part-II Section-3, Sub Section-ii Extraordinary) w.e.f. 1st July 2024.

For: "All Head Post Offices and Director of Accounts (Postal) Nagpur, shall render the information about the total receipts, payments and net accretions on account of Postal Life Insurance and Rural Postal Life Insurance transactions separately to Director of Postal Life Insurance Kolkata, electronically on a daily basis through a secured system, in addition to the information being sent by them to all concerned in normal course. Director of Postal Life Insurance Kolkata, in turn, will compile the entire data, arrive at the accurate figure of net accretions under both the Sub Funds (PLI & RPLI) separately and intimate the same to PLI Directorate, over FAX and e-mail latest by 10:30 AM every working day. The Investment Advice will be released by PLI Directorate for investment to Investment Division, Mumbai with a copy to the Director of Accounts (Postal), Nagpur, Director Mumbai GPO and Director of Postal Life Insurance, Kolkata. Director of Postal Life Insurance Kolkata will tally the reports with booked amount and take all remedial measures for reconciliation of differences, if any, between the Fund Flow Statement and Monthly Cash Account figures".
