Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation in his post on ‘X’ said, Today, in Ahmedabad, I celebrated the auspicious festival of Raksha Bandhan with the daughters in my parliamentary constituency who are suffering from Type-1 diabetes. Children afflicted with Type-1 diabetes require insulin injections for life, which places a significant financial burden on their families. Under the leadership of Modi ji, our government is providing free insulin for life to all such children. Under the leadership and guidance of Shri Amit Shah, children aged 0 to 18 years suffering from Type-1 juvenile diabetes in the Gandhinagar parliamentary constituency have been ensured the benefits of the Modi government's visionary initiative. In this direction, an integrated system comprising "screening – diagnosis – insulin/treatment – monitoring – follow-up" has been established to provide lifelong essential insulin to children suffering from Type-1 diabetes in the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency.Speaking on the occasion, Shri Amit Shah said, “For the Modi government, public service is not merely a responsibility but the guiding principle of compassionate governance.” Only when the health of daughters is secure will the future of the family and society be secure.
