Posted On: 29 SEP 2026 6:19PM by PIB Delhi Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various projects worth more than ₹1,941 crore to strengthen connectivity in Delhi and make travel easier for the people of Delhi. He dedicated the Barapullah Elevated Road Phase-3, built at a cost of ₹1,635 crore, to the people of Delhi today.
In a post on X, Shri Amit Shah said, “To strengthen Delhi's connectivity and make travel easier for Delhi residents, today various projects worth more than ₹1,941 crore were inaugurated and had their foundation stones laid. The Barapullah Elevated Road Phase-3, built at a cost of ₹1,635 crore, was dedicated to Delhi residents today. This will provide signal-free connectivity between East and South Delhi, making commuting smoother, providing relief from traffic jams, and saving travel time. Additionally, the foundation stones for the Modi Mill-Savitri Cinema Flyover and Loni Underpass were also laid.”दी क कनेवटी को सुदृढ़ और दीवासय के सफर को सुगम बनाने के लए आज ₹1,941 करोड़ से अधक क वभन्न परयोजनाओ ंका उाटन व शलाास कया। ₹1,635 करोड़ क लागत से बना बारापुला एलवेटड रोड फे ज-3 आज दीवासय को समपत कया। इससे पूव और दणी दी के बीच सग्नल- कनेवटी होगी, जसस े आवागमन सुगम होगा, फक जाम स े राहत मलेगी और याा का समय भी बचेगा। साथ ही, मोदी मल-सावी सनेमा ाईओवर और लोनी अंडरपास का भी शलाास कया। — Amit Shah (@AmitShah) September 29, 2026 **** RK/RR/PR/PS (Release ID: 2316602) Visitor Counter : 485
