namely M/s Black Grapes Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd., bearing
corporate surveyor license no. IRDA/CORP/SLA-200122 wants to voluntarily
surrender the aforementioned corporate surveyor license.
You are informed that your request has been acceded to under the provisions of Reg.
25(A) of IRDAI (Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors) Regulations, 2015 as
amended in 2020. The corporate surveyor license IRDA/CORP/SLA-200122 hereby
stands surrendered and cancelled from IRDAI’s records.
You are informed that the BAP user ID linked to M/s Black Grapes Insurance
Surveyors & Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd. will be deactivated from the system with
immediate effect and henceforth, no action will be possible on that user ID.
