NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 11th March, 2020
No. F. 4(1)/BYE/OSD.I/Legal/SEC/2020/ 4414.—WHEREAS a vacancy of a Councillor has

2011 and the rules made thereunder.
AND WHEREAS the State Election Commission of the National Capital Territory of Delhi,
is satisfied that instead of preparing fresh electoral rolls for the aforesaid ward for use in the said bye-
