संख्या का. आ. 3710 (अ) तारीख 10 अक्टोबर, 2019, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र तारीख 15 अक्त ूबर,
2019, म े प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना से सलग्न अनुसूची म े जिजनदरष्ट भजू म म े कनाजटक राज्य म ें
पेरोजलयम पिाथ ज पररिहन के जलए जहन्द्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा हासन (कनाजटक) स े चेरलापल्ली

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न,े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को
ररपोट ज ि े िी ह ै;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े उक्त ररपोट ज पर जिचार करन े के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त
भूजम पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम े उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिजन करन े का जिजनश्चय दकया ह ै;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े सलग्न अनुसूची म े जिजनदरष्ट भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबछान े के
जलए उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिजन दकया िाए ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 6 दक उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए,
यह जनिेि िेती ह ै दक उक्त भूजम म े उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख के केन्द्रीय सरकार म े
जनजहत होने के बिाए, सभी जिल्लगं मों स े मक्तु होकर जहन्द्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड म ेजनजहत होगा ।
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए
जहन्द्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड पणू जतया उतरिायी होगी और धारा 13 के अधीन पाइपलाइन स े संबजन्द्धत
दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी और दकसी भी राज्य सरकार या कोपोरेिन के जिरुद्ध कोई
िाि या कानूनी कायजिाही नहीं हो सकेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th April, 2020
S.O. 1470(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 3710(E) dated the 10th October, 2019, issued under
sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in
Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra ordinary
Gazette of India dated the 15th October, 2019, the Central Government declared its intention to
acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the
purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to
Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas copies of the said Extra ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the
public up to 10.02.2020.
And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act
submitted report to the Central Government;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied
that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the
Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 15
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the
pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the
declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in
terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section 13, no suit, or other legal
proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government
or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline.

संख्या का. आ. 3709 (अ) तारीख 10 अक्टोबर, 2019, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र तारीख 15 अक्टोबर,
2019, और अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 91 (अ) तारीख 02 िनिरी, 2020, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र
तारीक 06 िनिरी 2020 म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स े सलग्न अनुसचू ी म ें जिजनदरष्ट भूजम में
कनाजटक राज्य म े पेरोजलयम पिाथज पररिहन के जलए जहन्द्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा हासन
(कनाजटक) स े चेरलापल्ली (तले गं ाना) पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिजन के अपन े
आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त असाधारण रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतया िनता को तारीख 10.01.2020 तक उपलब्ध करा
िी गई थी ;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न,े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को
ररपोट ज ि े िी ह ै;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े उक्त ररपोट ज पर जिचार करन े के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त
भूजम पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम े उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिजन करन े का जिजनश्चय दकया ह ै;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े सलग्न अनुसूची म े जिजनदरष्ट भूजम म े पाइपलाइन जबछान े के
जलए उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिजन दकया िाए ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 6 दक उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुय,े
यह जनिेि िेती ह ै दक उक्त भूजम म े उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख के केन्द्रीय सरकार म े
जनजहत होने के बिाए, सभी जिल्लगं मों स े मक्तु होकर जहन्द्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड म ेजनजहत होगा ।
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए
जहन्द्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड पणू जतया उतरिायी होगी और धारा 13 के अधीन पाइपलाइन स े संबजन्द्धत
दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी और दकसी भी राज्य सरकार या कोपोरेिन के जिरुद्ध कोई

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th April, 2020
S.O. 1471(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 3709 (E) dated the 10th October, 2019, and S.O. No. 91(E) dated
the 2nd January 2020 issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals
Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 15th October, 2019 and Extra
Ordinary Gazette of India dated January 6,2020. the Central Government declared its intention to
acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the
purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to
Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to
the public up to 10.01.2020.
And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act
submitted report to the Central Government;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied
that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the
Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the
pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the
declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in
terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section13, no suit, or other legal
proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government
or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th April, 2020
S.O. 1472(E).— Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 3943(E) dated the 25th October, 2019, issued under sub-section
(1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act,
1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of
India dated the 31th October, 2019, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right
of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying
pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana)
Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to
the public up to 27.12.2019.
And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act
submitted report to the Central Government;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied
that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the
Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the
pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the
declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 39
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in
terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section 13, no suit, or other legal
proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government
or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline.
