Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 5th June, 2017, as the period within which the Central Government gives notice of its intension to acquire the said land or any rights in or over the said land specified in the Schedule appended hereto, under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act.
