And, whereas in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, the competent authority, after doing the needful, has made his report to the Central Government; And whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting the Government of Chhattisgarh, is satisfied that the lands measuring 85.883 hectare (approximately) or 212.21 acres (approximately) as described in Schedule appended hereto and all rights therein should be acquired; Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land measuring 85.883 hectares (approximately) or 212.21 acres (approximately) as described in Schedule and all rights in and over said lands are hereby acquired.
