And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of Section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government;¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3 (ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 And whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the Government of Jharkhand is satisfied that the surface rights in and over the land measuring 73.55 hectares (approximately) or 181.66 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule appended hereto should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that all rights in and over the land measuring 73.55 hectares (approximately) or 181.66 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby acquired.
