NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th March, 2016
S.O. 1169(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number S.O.
3025(E), dated the 9th November, 2015 issued under Sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition
and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and published in the Gazette of India,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th November, 2015, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to
acquire the all rights in and over the said land and in the locality specified in the Schedule appended to that notification;
And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the
Central Government;
And whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the
Government of Jharkhand is satisfied that all rights in and over land measuring 36.84 hectares (approximately) or 91.00

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central
