And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that coal is obtainable in a part of the said lands described in the Schedules appended to this notification; Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas, ( Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957, the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to acquire the land measuring 64.43 hectares (approximately) or 159.20 acres (approximately) and all rights in the Schedule appended hereto.
