िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कर्मचारी राज्य ीीर्ा जनगर् अटल ीीजर्त व्यजि कल् याण योजना जो दक भारत का राजपत्र
(असाधारण) भाग III खंड 4 र्ें ददनांक 04.02.2019 को अजधसूजचत की गई थी को ददनांक 01.07.2020 स े
30.06.2021 तक, ददनांक 24.03.2020 से 31.12.2020 तक जनम्नजलजखत पात्रता ितों र्ें राहत के साथ, एतद्द्वारा
जवस्ट्ताररत करने को अजधसूजचत करता ह ै:-
1. ीीर्ाकृत व्यजि को अपनी ीेरोजगारी के ठीक पूवम के दो वर्षों की न्यूनतर् अवजध के जलए ीीर्ायोग् य रोजगार र् ें
होना चाजहए और ीेरोजगारी से ठीक पूवम अंिदान अवजध र्ें कर्-स-े कर् 78 ददनों तथा ीेरोजगारी से पूवम के दो
वर्षों र्ें िेर्ष तीन अंिदान अवजधयों र्ें से एक र्ें न्यूनतर् 78 ददन का अंिदान होना चाजहए।

2. दावा ीेरोजगारी की जतजथ के पश्चात 30 ददनों र् ेंदेय होगा।
3. ीीर्ाकृत व्यजि द्वारा राहत का दावा, िाखा कायामलय को सीधे जवजधवत पणू म जनधामररत दावा प्रपत्र र् ें ऑनलाइन
प्रस्ट् तुत दकया जाए। ीीर्ाकृत व्यजि के ीक क खात े र्ें भगु तान, जवजधवत पूण म दावे की प्राजि से 15 ददनों के भीतर
दकया जाएगा। ीीर्ाकृत व्यजि की पहचान करन े के जलए आधार का उपयोग दकया जाएगा।
4. ीेरोजगारी के अजधकतर् 90 ददनों के जलए, जपछली चार अिं दान अवजधयों के दौरान प्रजतददन औसत अजमन राजि
की 50% तक राहत प्रदान की जानी ह।ै
उपयुमक् त छूट दी गई पात्रता िततें केवल 24.03.2020 से 31.12.2020 की अवजध के जलए ही लाग ू होंगी। अन् य

अटल ीीजर्त व् यजि कल् याण योजना र्ूल पात्रता ितों के साथ उन ीीर्ाकृत व् यजियों के जलए उपलब्ध रहगे ी जो
23.03.2020 या उससे पहले एवं 01.01.2021 या उसके ीाद ीेरोजगार हुए हों।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi. the 14th October 2020
No. N-12/13/01/2019-P&D.—Whereas draft notification further to extend Scheme Atal Beemit
Vyakti Kalyan Yojana for the period 01.07.2020 to 30.06.2021 with relaxation in eligibility conditions for
the period 24.03.2020 to 31.12.2020 was published as required under sub-section (1) of section 97 of the
Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part III Section
4 dated 11.09.2020 for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby till
the expiry of period of thirty days on which the notification was published;
And whereas, the said gazette notification was made available to the public on 11.09.2020;
And the suggestions received from the persons likely to be affected were considered;
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 97 the
Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby
notifies the extension of the Scheme Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana, which was notified in the Gazette
of India (Extraordinary) Part III section 4 on 04.02.2019, for the period from 01.07.2020 to 30.06.2021
with relaxation in following eligibility conditions for availing relief under the Scheme during the period
24.03.2020 to 31.12.2020, which shall be as under: -
1. The Insured Person should have been in insurable employment for a minimum period of two years
immediately before his/ her unemployment and should have contributed for not less than 78 days in
the contribution period immediately preceding the unemployment and minimum 78 days in one of
the remaining three contribution periods in two years prior to unemployment.
2. Claim shall be due 30 days after date of unemployment.
3. The claim for relief may be submitted by an IP online in the prescribed claim form duly completed,
directly to the Branch office. The payment shall be made in the bank account of the IP within
15 days from the receipt of the duly completed claim. Aadhaar shall be used for identification of

4. Relief to the extent of 50 % of the average per day earning during the previous four contribution
periods to be paid up to maximum 90 days of unemployment.
The above relaxed eligibility conditions shall be applicable for the period 24.03.2020 to
31.12.2020 only. The other conditions as specified in the original Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan
Yojana as notified on 04.02.2019 shall remain the same. The Scheme Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan
Yojana shall be available with original eligibility conditions for the IPs who became unemployed
on or before 23.03.2020 and on or after 01.01.2021.
