NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 29th March, 2017
No. F. 25(2)/89-H&FW/Vol.II/Pt. File-I/1204 .— Whereas election of the members of the Board
of Homoeopathic System of Medicine. Delhi is to be held in pursuance of the provisions of Section 3(2)(a)
read with Section 8 of the Delhi Homoeopathic Act., 1956 as amended (Delhi Act no. 11 of 1996). It is hereby

notified for the general information of the Registered Homoeopathic Practitioners that:
1. The number of members of the Board to be elected is FOUR.
2. Forms for the nomination papers may be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Board of
Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B – Wing, Vikas Bhawan – II, Civil Lines,
Delhi – 110054 on any working day between 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM from 11th April, 2017 to 21st April,
2017.
3. Nomination papers may be delivered to the undersigned personally or send by post so as to reach in his
office at Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B – Wing, Vikas Bhawan
– II, Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054 upto 3.00PM on or before 25th April, 2017.
4. Nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny by the undersigned at 3.00 PM on 25th April, 2017 at
Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B – Wing, Vikas Bhawan – II,
Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054.
5. Last date for withdrawal of nomination by a candidate shall be 28th April, 2017 between 3.00 PM to 5.00
PM.
6. The last date for submitting the request for postal ballot papers shall be 5th May, 2017 upto 5.00 PM.
7. Last date for delivering of postal ballot papers by the voters either by personally or by post shall be on 19th
May, 2017 upto 5.00 PM. Ballot papers received after 5.00 PM on 19th May, 2017 shall be rejected.
8. The polling, if required for the election will be held on 19th May, 2017 from, 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM at
Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B – Wing, Vikas Bhawan – II,
Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054. The counting of votes will be taken up immediately after the poll is over at
the same place.
