Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the aforementioned Act, the Central Government hereby notifies that the privileges and immunities extended to the Regional Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross in India vide its Notification No. D-II/451/16(2)/85 dated the 16th June, 1986 shall apply, mutatis mutandis to the Regional Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross in India and to its officers for a period of 2 years from 13th August, 2026 till 12th August, 2028.
