NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2018
S.O. 432(E).— Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian Medicine Cen-
tral Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council(Election) Rules,1975, one
member from the Ayurveda and Siddha system of medicine for the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, Kera-
la has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of the Ayurveda and Siddha Faculty of the said University
and his membership shall be valid till he ceases to be member of the said Faculty as per the provisions of sub-section (2)
of section 7 of the said Act.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Min-
istry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3259, dated the 21st August, 1971, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) , namely: -
In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading “Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section
